Privasec Team Welcomes Privasec’s Country Head for South East Asia

Our Team is proud to welcome Privasec’s Country Head for Southeast Asia, Md Noordin, who will continue to enhance Privasec’s reputation of providing high quality and client-tailored services. He will be based in Privasec’s Singapore office and is responsible to drive profitable growth and day-to-day operations across the SEA region. Md Noordin has over 17 years of experience in diverse roles ranging from Cyber Security, IT/Operational Audits, Compliance, Investigations and Forensics in the government and private sectors.

He was previously the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for NTUC Enterprise and its social enterprises such as NTUC FairPrice, NTUC Link, NTUC LearningHub, NTUC First Campus, NTUC Health, NTUC FoodFare MoneyOwl, and Mercatus. He was also the Deputy CISO and DPO for KPMG Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and Melaka, and concurrently lead the Government cybersecurity engagements and data privacy service line. Noordin has previously worked in various roles in Singapore and overseas, for the government (Singapore Police Force), private sectors such as Barclays Bank and Qatar Petroleum and another Big 4 consultancy firm, Ernst & Young.

He has advised internal stakeholders and external clients on areas not limited to, Cybersecurity, IT Regulations, Incident Response and Forensics, Compliance, IT Governance, IT Resiliency and Systems Integrity, Outsourcing Risk Management and Vendor Due-Diligence. Noordin also has experience leading and conducting forensics investigations locally as well as internationally.
