Privasec’s South East Asia Team had a busy week attending conferences in Malaysia and Singapore. Delegates at the conferences were eager to hear about Privasec GRC, Red and DroneSec services. Here’s a bird’s eye view of the events that have happened last week:
#1 – ISACA Malaysia CIAG Conference 2019 at the InterContinental Kuala Lumpur.
Privasec Team was at the ISACA CIAG conference 2019 which featured top industry speakers in the Asia Pacific and Oceania region. The event was a huge success as speakers shared latest insights on Governance, Security, Risk Management and Compliance.
#2 – Austrade, AustCyber and SGInnovate ASEAN cybersecurity program
Privasec’s CISO, Prashant Haldankar delivered an excellent pitch at the Austrade, AustCyber and SGInnovate ASEAN cybersecurity program. Prashant shared Privasec’s vision and strategies to build trusted and long term partnerships in the South East Asia region.
#3 – Cyber Risk Leaders
Privasec team is proud to announce the launch of Shamane Tan’s book: ‘Cyber Risk Leaders’. The book summarises Shamane’s journey of speaking with top CxOs from around the globe. ‘Cyber Risk Leaders’ uncovers some of the CISO’s ingredients to success and reveals the art of communicating with top executives. This book has been very well-received by many cybersecurity and risk professionals. We congratulate Shamane and wish her great success with her book.
#4 – Privasec partners with Cyber Risk Meetup in Singapore
Privasec partnered with Cyber Risk Meetup in Singapore to host ‘Cyber Risk Insights’. The event was saw a great turnout as Privasec’s Country Head for South East Asia, Md Noordin delivered an engaging presentation on the threat of drones. Privasec’s APAC Cyber Security Advisor and Cyber Risk Meetup’s organiser, Shamane Tan shared some CISO insights.
